Hue's Piece

A 4 star cottage on the edge of a National Trust village

Hue's Piece is available throughout the year for weekly holidays and short breaks.The cottage has been carefully designed and furnished to retain its historic character and has 4 star Visit Britain rating. As the cottage is single storey and level it is also ideal for wheelchair users.

The cottage has three bedrooms - one double, with antique brass bed and two singles. There is plenty of room in one of the single bedrooms for a second bed and we also provide a cot if needed.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with hob, electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher etc. We always stock the kitchen with all the basics to start off your stay - as well as some extra, delicious local treats and a bottle of wine.

The living room has two sofas, TV and DVD player. We also make sure that there are some DVDs and games for children in case of any rainy days.

The bathroom has a shower rather than a bath. It is designed as a 'wet room' with natural slate flooring and underfloor heating.

Outside there is a private parking area with room for at least two cars. There is a large garden area with garden furniture and a barbecue. The cottage looks out over open fields and enjoys stunning sunsets !
